  Had to wait a long time for my order but more importantly, the staff member prepping the pizzas wasn’t wearing any gloves nor any hairnets. Lack of hygiene and quality control

  I’ve been coming to this pizza place for a while, but unfortunately the quality has gone down drastically. The last few times I ordered, the pizza had noticeably less cheese and far more bread than before. The crust was thick and dry, and there was barely any cheese around the edges. On top of that, the pickles tasted old and were practically inedible. It honestly felt like the ingredients weren’t fresh. It’s disappointing because this place used to be good, but lately the food quality just hasn’t been the same. I hope they improve their standards because right now the value and taste are not what they used to be.

  We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Papa John’s on 17th Ave! They helped us organize and execute a massive order for 700 people, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the service we received. From start to finish, the team was incredibly communicative, kind, and professional. They went above and beyond in every aspect — from carefully helping us organize the details of such a large order to ensuring delivery went smoothly and efficiently. Their support for the community really showed through their willingness to help however they could. What impressed us most was the extra care they took to make sure the food stayed hot for our kids. They left their warming bags with us until everyone was ready to eat and even came back later in the evening to pick everything up. That level of thoughtfulness and service is rare. A special thank you to Yash Parmar and Manan Malik — they were absolutely incredible to work with. Professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. If you need support for a large event or even something small and personal, I would highly recommend this team. They truly exceeded every expectation! Thank you so much!!!
