  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The employees were extremely rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. They treated customers with zero respect and had a terrible attitude. It honestly felt like they don’t care about their job or the people they serve. I will never come back to this store again and strongly advise others to avoid it. Very disappointing.

  I had a very bad experience at this store. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not treat customers with respect and showed no interest in helping. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Had a terrible experience, definitely not gonna visit this place anymore. The management needs to look into this and train their employees accordingly

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Papa Johns location. The customer service was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. The employee — who may have been a manager — was extremely rude and dismissive. I didn’t catch his name, but the interaction left a very bad impression. Instead of trying to help or resolve the issue, the attitude I received made the situation even more frustrating. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Based on my experience — and after noticing all the other 1-star reviews — it seems like this isn’t an isolated issue. I definitely won’t be returning to this location and would recommend going to another Papa John’s instead. Very disappointing overall.
