  I ordered a bacon cheese dog. The guy asked do I want ketchup relish. I told him just the bacon cheese. Lady prepared the dog. She handed it to me and said bacon cheese dog. I took it over to the table and I got a bacon cheese dog with mustard. I didn't order it with mustard. Orders have to be done correctly due to food allergies. Luckily I am not allergic to mustard.

  I love Orange Julius since I was a kid. But the worker could nor stay off her phone long enough to give me any sort of service. Was having a personal conversation with her ear piece the entire transaction. VERY RUDE!

  Wish I could give 0 stars. I went to the location upstairs near the saks 5th Avenue on Friday around lunch. I waited yo be helped at the front but there was no one there, after a while an employee comes out only to glare at me and turned to wash her hands without a saying a word. When she finished she asked how I could be helped in a rude monotoned way. She slammed the cash register as if she was annoyed, didn't mention where straws were what so ever. The customer service was rude and abrupt, she was not welcoming and didn't even smile. They need to learn how to train their staff properly.

  Cheap and good food
