I had never been to an Olive Garden before. Coming from Brooks, this felt like what I imagine fine dining feels like. Our server (she had blonde hair that was braided, didn't catch her name but wish I asked ) made us feel welcome! She had an amazing attitude, was on top of things and had a warm smile no matter what she was doing.
I had the shrimp fettuccini, and it had a unique homemade taste that I really liked. The breadsticks were as good as the internet hypes them up to be!
Overall, I had a 10/10 experience. I love Olive Garden <3

One disappointment to note, definitely not enough Handicap parking, ONLY 2 spots. Yet 'pickup' has 3/4 spots. I suggest the 'pickup' spots be changed/added to Handicap and the 'pickup' park along 36 street by the front door.
The Restaurant is very welcoming. We were seated immediately. It's quiet, so we could speak. Great appropriate music. Most importantly, Vanessa R was wonderful, pleasant, efficient, and gracious. The food, shrimp fritto misto, was perfect. Compliments to the Chef.
Definitely worth many more visits. Thank you for a delightful experience.

My whole night was ruined thx to server 3316.
We been coming to this restaurant for a decade now. And today I had the worst experience with food and the service.
She was rude, arrogant, slamming plates on the table. We have to keep remind her to do her and remove plates from our table or refill our drinks.
We asked for extra side of spaghetti it took her so long to bring that. When I asked for bill becuase it took her forever.
She took my order wrong brings me some greasy food I took one bite I almost threw up.
I asked for a manager. He/she took forever to come.
In conclusion. This place has gone to shit. I dont think I want go there anymore
I am writing this to share my disappointment regarding the reservation policy at this Olive Garden location. I called to book a table for 10 people for May 10th. I completely understand that it is Mother’s Day, but it is also my son’s 10th birthday, and this was his one request for his birthday dinner.
Our group consisted of nine adults and one very well-behaved child. We are a family that tips well and orders alot from the menu, so this would have been a guaranteed $500+ table for the restaurant. However, we were told that reservations are not accepted, and based on past experience, we know the wait for a party of ten on a holiday can exceed two hours.
While I understand that smaller parties of five or fewer are the norm, it is incredibly difficult for larger families to celebrate milestones when there is no way to secure a time slot. We simply cannot have our family, including grandparents, waiting in a lobby for hours on the off-chance a large table opens up.
Because of this policy, we are taking our business to another restaurant that was happy to accommodate our group. It is a shame, as my son is very saddened that he won’t be able to have his requested birthday dinner here. I hope the management considers a more flexible reservation policy for large groups in the future.
Went to Olive Garden tonight and was totally disappointed. Our wait for a table at 6 pm on. Friday was fantastic. Under 5 minutes, that was the best part of the whole experience. We sat down a waiter came by after a few minutes and said he would be with us in a few minutes. No big deal, we waited. 5-7 minutes later he comes back, and literally dropped a basket of 3 breadsticks on the table and says be right back. So because we had been waiting we know what we wanted and ordered as soon as he came back. Then we waited, and waited and waited. He came with a wilted and dry looking salad and two more breadsticks again literally dropped on the table as he went by. Still waiting 50 minutes later and no meal yet. The restaurant at 7pm on. Friday wasn’t full like we have known it to be in the past, but he came by again and said your meal is close to the top and the kitchen is a little behind. Do you think??? After waiting an hour since we ordered? Meal finally comes after about 70 minutes since ordering , one meal was hot, the other was not even warm. When we could catch him on a pass by, we told him and he looks at us like we were crazy. He says well I can get them to make it again. I’m like I don’t want to wait another hour no thanks. He goes oh I will expedite it to the top of the orders, we said ok. Meal never came. So done at this point. No offer of more salad or bread sticks.
He comes by again says I spoke to my manager we are going to remove the meal from your bill. I’m like ya thanks. I guess I’ll spend my money at Old Spaghetti Factory from now on.
