  It’s been an extremely long time that I have given a review at a restaurant. Montanas always surprises me with their service and their quality of food, to me it seems like it gets better the more I come. This time specifically our Server Heala was amazing, she gave our whole table suggestions for food which everyone was happy and to be honest she went above and beyond what is expected from a server. Heala is a big reason why I will repeatedly come to this Montanas and suggest it also to other people. :)

  I came in with my family earlier today and had amazing time. Our server Heala was amazing she had her full attention with us and gave great suggestions. Absolutely phenomenal. Food was good. Overall recommend coming here with your family. Ps. Ask for Heala- she’ll handle you well!

  Unfortunately did not had a good experience. Food was nice, the host as we entered the restaurant was not the greatest, had to argue over where we wanted to seat. The server was nice but ended up talking the wrong order and charged $36 for a 7 oz steak . Over 35 minutes to get food with the restaurant almost empty. Not going back again!

  Suspiciously Good Service: I don’t trust Jesse. Nobody should be this good at their job without some kind of supernatural deal in place. We’d think about needing something… and he’d just appear. Like a BBQ ninja. Like he’s been watching us the whole time. Which, now that I think about it, is a little concerning. At one point he checked on us so perfectly timed I started wondering if he could hear my thoughts. I wasn’t even mad—I was impressed and slightly afraid. Food was great. Service was borderline witchcraft. Jesse, if you’re reading this, I hope you’re using your powers for good.

  Ok, time to speak up about bartender/server Nick at Montana's! He is very unprofessional and should only be a bartender NOT a server. He literally tossed our menus to us. He got our order completely wrong and insisted he did not make a mistake. He brought us the missing parts of our food and then charged us extra for it! If he's not in a good mood it shows. We prefer to sit on the bar side, but if he's working, we avoid that area. We spoke with the manager about Nick and he did agree that Nick is not the best employee they have and that he is moody. We have discussed Nick with several servers and they too do not like Nick's behaviour. Last Friday due to the bar area being full, we sat on the other side near the kitchen. To our surprise Nick was serving! Every order he brought out he was chewing some food. Was it like a fry he took off of the plate he was serving? I have never seen a server who is literally eating food as he brings out food to serve. We were really disgusted by his behaviour. Also, he wears his pants so low and tries to pull things up as he enters the kitchen. Any handwashing going on by this guy? We really doubt that Nick is following restaurant standards with his food eating and frequently fixing his too low pants. Definitely a cringe moment. Why is management continuing to allow this guy to be a server? Montana's, you can do better for your restaurant! Fix the problem!
