  We ordered 3 food items and they were all wrong. We got the hotcakes and sasuage and they forgot the sasuage. We ordered a Mcgriddle and they gave us a regular english muffin (that was burnt). We ordered the franks hot sauce bacon and egg sandwhich and they forgot the bacon. We also ordered 3 drinks and got zero straws. I understand mistakes happen but they messed up every single item.

  Worst in the city cannot fulfill even the simplest orders. Was there today in order to Burger meal and six nuggets with sauce. I got the burger fries and drink and the sauce but no nuggets. Unfortunately for me I don't learn as this has been a recurring problem for the past 10 years plus at this restaurant and they are never willing to do anything about it when I come back, well this time I will never be back, to any McDonald's restaurant. There are much better options out there and a lot better pricing for the quality of food. McDonald's is a once was.

  I’m reviewing this location based on what I expect from a McDonald’s, and it delivered exactly that. I ordered in advance using the app — the 50% off fries deal definitely helped lead my decision to order here — and arrived at the drive-thru where I gave my order code with no issues. The worker at the first window was lovely and even thanked me for being pleasant and cheerful. The worker who handed me our items also offered napkins and was just as friendly. We ordered fries, a Coke, and two ice cream cones, and everything was perfect — no complaints at all. We stopped here after swimming at Village Square, and it absolutely hit the spot to help us get home happy and fed.

  Handed me just the half of the McFlurry for the regular size. Not expected thar from a reputed chain of franchise. Also the server was mopping the floor, filled the ice-cream and oreo crumbs with the same hands, no washing hands, no gloves... just in case the owner wants to verify camera, just check around 3:20 am on 9 march . Ps, I just threw it in garbage. Thats the worst customer service
