  Worst customer service ever the person who is looking at curbside pick up she is rude with everybody knocks on people's window with her ring and tells them leave ridiculous service i will report it to the McDonalds North America franchise as well .

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was honestly the worst McDonald's experience I’ve ever had. I went through the drive-thru, and my order was completely wrong. I got water instead of Sprite, and on top of that, I was missing both a drink and a sandwich. When I brought it up, the employees were rude and dismissive. The manager was no better. She basically admitted she knows her team lies sometimes and can be inappropriate, yet said there was nothing she could do about it. She apologized, but it felt completely empty since no real solution was offered. I didn’t even go inside, but based on what I experienced today, I wouldn’t want to. If this is how they handle things at the drive-thru, I can only imagine the rest. Avoid this place.

  I had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger, but when I received it, it only had one patty instead of two. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff member took the burger from my hands and added another patty to the same burger instead of making a new one. This didn’t feel hygienic or professional. Once food has been handed to a customer, it shouldn’t be taken back and modified — it should be remade properly. I expect better food safety standards and customer service. I hope management reviews this practice so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

  I ordered a poutine through the drive-thru and specifically asked twice for it to be made fresh. Unfortunately, when I received it, it was already soggy and clearly not fresh. I drove back to let them know, expecting a simple fix, but the experience got worse. The manager came to the window with a lot of attitude, insisted it was made fresh (which it clearly wasn’t), and then snatched the original order from us. Really disappointing customer service.

  I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with the homeless addicts at this location. A gang of six took over a table next to the kiosks and blocked the whole isle. It was absolutely vile to have them demanding spare change while I'm tyring to eat. When I took the back stairwell to leave, that was also full of homeless people so I had to take the elevator. I don't fault the staff. Service is always good and the food is on par. But after today I decided I'm never coming back to this location.
