  The worst experience ever, drive through is dead and still said not enough employees. To me, it is the worst location in town, very very slow service. You could wait 30 minutes in drive through to get a coffee, in my case

  I was pleasantly surprised when I ate here on April 1 2026 my wrap was fresh and so were my fries I will definitely be back here

  Go in to order, two others order from the kiosk and no issues. Go up to the front to order and was told that they are closed till 4am, except it’s a 24/7 location. Her supervisor comes out offering a free drink or something. For what? So she can feel better about herself and how this location is being run? No thanks.

  I recently stopped by McDonald’s and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I understand fast food places can get busy, but the service here felt disorganized and slower than expected. The wait time was longer than it should have been, especially considering it wasn’t extremely busy at the time. When the order finally came out, a couple of items were missing and the food that was there wasn’t very fresh. The fries were barely warm and the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while. The dining area also could have been cleaner. Tables needed wiping and the overall space didn’t feel well maintained, which takes away from the experience. The staff didn’t seem rude, but they looked overwhelmed and there didn’t seem to be much coordination behind the counter. McDonald’s is usually known for quick and consistent service, but this location didn’t meet that expectation. Hopefully management improves the organization and attention to detail because the potential is definitely there.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience this morning at McDonald's. Our drive-thru order (#310) was placed on March 15 at 5:06 AM, and several things were wrong. The Bacon & Egg McMuffin had very hard buns and stale eggs, which made it unpleasant to eat. The hashbrown didn’t even have a sleeve and was instead placed in a small fry bag, which felt sloppy and unprofessional. I also ordered a green tea triple-triple but received a coffee triple-triple instead, and there was no receipt in the bag. Unfortunately, we were already 30 minutes into a 2-hour drive when we realized the mistakes, so turning back wasn’t an option. What’s especially disappointing is that I used to be a McDonald’s manager, so I know the standards the brand expects. This experience definitely did not meet them. I hope the team can improve attention to order accuracy, food quality, and basic packaging standards. I know prepping for the morning crew takes time for the night shift, but the food was just so stale and hard!
