    I didn't get what I ordered. I wanted a sausage and egg and got a blt?? This isn't the first time they have given me the wrong item. One morning I witnessed 3 people in a row have to ask for missing/wrong items

    There was not any ice in the self serve fountain pop machines and the pop was warm and flat. I tried a few and they were all the same. I went to let the one worker know and she responded with "what do you want me to do"

    Food is mid, whenever i order thru door dash to them, they get the order wrong. Never put spoon in bag. Fries usually are not fresh when ordering at night, like they just been sitting there.

    Two drive thru lanes and they were only taking orders at one. Went inside and waited over 12 mins for food. Won’t be back

    March 18 at 5 p.m., I ordered a sundae to go. The supervisor in the black uniform kindly demonstrated her multitasking skills by picking up my sundae, then taking it on a little tour-first to the drive-through window for a chat, then back to the counter for another two-minute conversation with an employee. Apparently, she's discovered a new technique: the longer you hold ice cream, the better it gets. Who knew. I reminded her-twice-that I was still waiting, but she must have been too focused on her very important conversations to hear me the first time. When she finally responded, her attitude made it clear that serving customers is optional. Earlier, I saw her training a new employee. Based on what I experienced, that must have been a masterclass on what not to do
