  sigh...McDonalds has lost its luster. i stopped for dinner and to let my boys play at the play place. unfortunately it feels like a long lost relic, of a forgotten time. the structure is standing, surrounded by nothing. the ground is tile, not the best for socks and kids playong around. would i recommend? no. The Mcdonalds i remember is no more.

  I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s River Glen late at night. The night staff was extremely rude, especially one girl who was wearing a headscarf. She was speaking harshly and disrespectfully to multiple customers, not just me. It made the whole environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is a big part of any restaurant experience, and unfortunately this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the attitude and training of their night staff.

  They have reopened both seating g areas of the play structure so they get full start. Its McDonald's, the dirty late night snack run. Dont mind the video of the CEO choking on his "product" this place is golden.

  Horrible service. Got the order wrong, missed items, had to go back, no apology. Miss the old staff, this crew has no clue. Wasn't busy, no excuses

  Ordered a bacon egg and sausage wrap and a spicy egg and hashbrown wrap. Waited almost 10 mins at the drive thru window for two items. The bacon and sausage wrap had no bacon or sauce. The spicy egg and hash brown wrap had no egg or hash brown. Just a half slice of chicken and spicy sauce for some reason. Completely ripped off missing most of the ingredients.
