The younger Asian lady was very disrespectful and had almost threw my bag of food at me and just looked miserable don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle it

The guy behind the counter crushed it for me.
I came in a week early to let them know that I had a very large (40+) people coming in later the following week. They took my number and name and said extra staff would be posted and they would be made aware of us coming.
Showed up - none of that happened, however the manager on site on Wednesday March 25 2026 absolutely crushed it! Helped me get sorted, worked through missing fries etc. and got everyone food in under 30 mins!! Absolutely hats off to that guy. Give him a bonus or something!

the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever seen believe me and it is definitely not close. First off on the most important night of prayers my friends and I came here to grab something quick and ordered online, we ordered pick up and as we got to the window the lady said that their system is down and to come back in 5 minutes. After waiting we got to the window again at 1:07 they were saying our order is not in the system, when we showed her that we already paid and were unable to cancel it she started getting upset and saying other people can cancel it why can’t you. We all tried telling her that it’s not our fault for this and that we just wanted our food or a refund since we’ve been fasting the whole day and finally got out of the mosque. Later on we came back around to ask for their names and they said “they’re not allowed to give their names” then when we tried to come to the front they shut the window on us and didn’t come out. It was definitely an experience! I wouldn’t wish this horrible manager on my greatest enemy.
Made a mobile order, came to get it and said there machine was under “maintenance” told us to wait 5 minutes. We come back 5 minutes later and our order was still not showing up and told us to wait longer, or cancel the order. We were not able to cancel the order as they were already prepping it but they weren’t listening and told us multiple times to cancel it, wait or order again and pay again. Went through the drive through again and asked for their names, employee said their name before we asked again and said she wasn’t allowed to put that kind of information out there after their manager told them to not. We waited around 20 minutes payed $56 and didn’t get out food, besides that the employee didn’t know what to do and the manager was being very annoying and proceeded to tell us to come earlier in the day like 8-11 AM to get our order. Don’t come here at all if you want to get scammed.

This place is so 50/50 it seems like it completely depends who's on shift cause some days it's like the best McDonald's with super great service super fast and everyone is super polite then other days I'm sitting at the order menu for 10 minutes without anybody even saying "hey sorry we're busy please give us a second" and then when you do order they're just rude and your order is wrong when you get it. Honestly been coming here for a few years pretty consistently and it definitely seems like most of the morning shift people are pretty great and the night shift is more 50/50 but pretty sure after tonight I'm just done coming to this location all together.
