  I’ve ordered from this store a few times. Sometimes the service is good, sometimes not. I think it depends on who is working that day. But I want to thank the staff who really care about their work. There was a short asian girl with glasses who took and made my order at the same time. I was really impressed. She was kind and sweet, even in a busy fast situation. She showed great customer service. I hope they get more staff just like her.

  Very bad experience. This KFC is not actually 24/7 open. I went today at 10 AM and it was closed. When I asked at the front counter, they said only the drive-through is open 24/7. They need to update their hours clearly to avoid confusion.

  When u knew u had to wait, np cause it is suppertime, and maybe ur wrong, but giving someone HALF their order first, popcorn chicken bucket with two individual gravy, then, cause it’s the dt, parking them for ten, and tbh they said nine xtra minutes cause u were already waiting in the line up of cars, cause they are waiting for the four piece meal, but u having to go in fifteen minutes later cause they forgot abt u, don’t seem right 🤷🏻‍♂️ thanks u to the dt guy who atleast apologized 😊

  We tried kfc for the first time. Alicia helped us and she was so great! She gave us the best deals that were available and we surprisingly enjoyed the food. Were not big deep fried food kinda people but we really enjoyed the big crunch and zinger burgers as well as the chicken pieces.

  I ordered it for pickup and it told me it was ready for pickup. when I got there they told me that they had no KFC orders ready. I waited at least 20 minutes after that and in between waiting I could hear the cashier Alicia telling her coworkers that "people are so annoying" on top of giving attitude. I don't know what establishment this is where workers can just be rude and not have the food ready within the allocated time slot, or even remotely close to the time slot i was given. I hope that real change happens otherwise I won't be dining in at this location ever again
