  Be prepared to wait if you come here. They’re frequently out of white meat chicken and will try to push you into settling with dark meat chicken instead. If you really want white meat, expect to wait around 20 minutes or more. Overall, it feels like management lacks organization and proper planning, which makes the whole experience frustrating.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Everything about my visit was excellent. The ordering process was quick and smooth, and the staff were very welcoming. When I got my food, I could tell right away it was freshly made. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The fries were perfectly cooked, and the biscuit was warm and soft. The dining area was clean and comfortable, making it a great place to sit and enjoy the meal. It’s rare to find a fast food place that gets everything right, but this location absolutely does.

  Hands down one of the best KFC visits I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly crispy and insanely juicy, like it just came out of the fryer. Everything tasted fresh, and the seasoning was on point. Staff were friendly and fast, couldn’t ask for better!

  Why have 2 different prices for small gravy??? Because you are encouraging people to use your kiosk machine?..small gravy in the kiosk is $1.50 and if you order inside and drive-thru its freaking DOUBLE THE PRICE???? And people that work there in the drivethru should be informing the customers when they are ordering on the speaker.... FRUSTRATING...

  They had a deal on the app that was not working so I had called the store to inquire, and the employee (Robert?) had told me that there may be some issues on the app but the store will be able to provide that deal if I come to the store, so I went and was told by the female employee at the front that they will not be able to assist me with that deal. They should not tell you 1 thing over the phone and something else when you waste your time going to the store.
