  I got a 4 piece meal. And the chicken i got was probably sitting there for at least 3-4 hours. It was disgusting. And they try to make it seem like it is fresh by putting it in the oil. Which makes it even worse. There is gotta be some quality control done there. Because that is not acceptable!!!

  Food here is now over salted. The fries were the worst. This is the second time and we won’t be ordering again.

  One of the Filipino staff members was extremely rude. She had no manners and acted like she owned the place, behaving however she wanted. Forget about welcome greetings , she was ignoring me and other customer. So lazy and didn’t even attend to the cash register properly. When I asked for tomato ketchup, she responded as if I had to buy it separately. I will be filing a complaint with head office. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the entire community. Management should have addressed this and taken appropriate action. Honestly , someone else should get her job in this Crisis Economy. Would be blessed and do much better job.

  They make me wait 15 min for my order through the drive through and ask to wait in the front… sure okay.. that is fine…… and then give me a can of pepsi instead of the large drink that ordered with a smile like they didn’t just rip me off… so done with the bannister location at this point… they always do this

  I ordered KFC through Skip and the food quality was honestly terrible. Everything that arrived looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time. The chicken was extremely dry on the inside but somehow the coating was soggy and oily at the same time. It definitely didn’t taste fresh. For the price you pay on Skip, you expect fresh, hot food, not something that tastes old and poorly prepared. Very disappointing experience and a huge drop in food quality.
