  Ordered a bucket of KFC, but it turned out to be stale, the fries were not fresh too. Very disappointing experience. Tasted like chewing gum, no flavours, no crispness. They didnt even provide napkins and ketchup. Total waste of money

  I had a really bad experience at this KFC. The employees were rude and didn’t treat customers with respect. The service was slow and no one seemed to care. It made the whole visit uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend coming here

  The Lady attitude very bad service. At counter try to order she's in kitchen talked & Laughing and joking around, later come out her attitude very bad, look like she's don't want to take the order.

  Was just told to wait 30 minutes for an order thru drive thru after waiting 15 minutes. All the staff do is talk about other staff and don't get their job done. Do not go here!

  Absolutely terrible experience tonight ordering takeout. We live 4 minutes away from the restaurant, so there are no excuses for the following. We ordered an 18 piece bucket and got 8 drumsticks. I certainly didn't expect mostly white meat, but 8/18 pieces being specifically drumsticks is excessive. Not only that, but the breading was falling off. Next were the fries, not even filled to the top and limp. It as like going back in time to the original limp noodle KFC fries. The worst was the gravy. It wasn't gravy, it was gelatinous goo. Literally the consistency of jello. Crazy to think what we paid for this awful meal. We called the restaurant, and nobody bothered to call us back. Incredibly poor customer service.
