The area is kept clean, there is no loud overhead music to interfere with conversations, the staff have always been polite, and we love the vegetarian burgers with all the condiments we can choose from. The prices are less than any of the other fast food restaurants we have tried. Thanks to the management for providing a safe and very comfortable place to eat.

I have gone out of my way to not use it as i know these things happen. The food always arrives cold so whatever you've ordered just expect to microwave it. Food shows up roughly a half hour to an hour later so plan to eat your cold food about an hour in advance. I ordered today; not using the goodwill cards I have been extended as these circumstances happen. I ordered at 9:51 it is currently 1044. I've been standing outside of my building since placing the order. At this point they cannot find my order in their system despite providing the order number. Paid in full. I have refrained from providing what is a very much such so an appropriate 1/5 review until now. This service is horrendous; in person or via the 90s era app. I'm still waiting for a call back after "losing" my app order. To edit; after calling 18 times I finally got a response. "We can't find your order" its currently 1130. They are not able to issue a refund. Horrendous app, terrible people at the restaurants and now its kind of fun because I spent money and they have no plan to reimburse me.
