  Great food. Service is good, but can be improved. Atmosphere offers some novelty whilst waiting (the peanuts 🥜). I've been here a few times to get my burger fix. Very tasty food. You can get so many different types of toppings. The burger patty is phenomenal. We got asked how many patties we wanted but have no idea how many each burger comes with, so it felt like a question we could not answer - prior to ordering the food. The milkshakes are good and you can mix and match flavours which offers nice flexibility. Twice now we have ordered, paid and waited for our meal, only to find that the milkshakes were forgotten both times, so we needed to alert them to make them. This may be a gap in their ordering workflow. I noticed that they had to refill the milk as well which increased waiting times. We dined in their outdoor patio once which was fine. The interior offers a small burger joint feel with historical news on the wall, and where their potatoes came from that day - a nice touch. I enjoyed the music the play there, no swearing or rap, but soft rock to match the atmosphere and family friendliness. I wish they had an arcade game to use whilst waiting. I noticed that some people take free drinks from the soda dispenser (whether with their own water bottles or refilling). That doesn't feel right, unless there was a sign which said so which I missed. I'll be back for more burgers. Staff seem to be busy and working as a team with smiles on. Makes me feel like they actually want to be there rather than waiting for shift to end.

  Food is always good at five guys, but this location everytime I go is very very busy, very limited seating, and very slow service. Last time I went, had to share a table with a very kind couple, and waited 20 minutes for the food. Other locations ive never had this issue.

  Garbage service. I was the only one in the store and employees stood around talking vs making any food. They looked really annoyed when I asked how much longer. When i did receive my food it wasn’t as good as other five guys locations usually are. Veggies tasted really old and bacon was over cooked.

  FG had free burger with App/online order, I understand that promotion can cause more than usual traffic and anticipated a little dely... but wait was too long, 2 hours till I got my order. and it wasn't just me, other customers waited just as much... there were 8-9 employees and didn't look very well coordinated. this team was not capable of handling large number of orders... someone kept calling out names of customers but that didn't mean order was ready, not sure what that was for... i couldn't find way to cancel order on app. i was worried my order got missed and asked few times but they kept saying its coming, no explanation, no apologies... dont think i'll go back
