Not sure how others walked in and ordered and finished their meals in this time. After over an hour of waiting and additional follow ups I had to leave and pick up McDonald's on the way home. Fries were undercooked and tasted dirty and dirt visible on skin so fries are not properly washed and agitated. The peanuts were moldy, visible black spotting on exterior shells and fuzzy on the inside and when we informed the staff they said "oh just get some more peanuts" out of the container that I got these moldy ones from? No thanks. Im telling you so you can rectify this for anyone else coming in. Pull them or replace them. The level of standards are not being met at this location, maybe they have changed since I worked there 15 years ago but the lack of concern from staff about the peanuts makes me wonder what lack of standards is happening in back of house.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
