  ​Extremely disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger and a regular hamburger, but the cheeseburger came with no cheese at all. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. ​To make matters worse, the customer right before me also had their order messed up and had to exchange it. It’s clear there’s a serious issue with management and basic order accuracy here. Truly disappointing experience.

  The food was delicious as always, and the staff were very attentive and kind. We would especially like to thank Deepak who prepared our order.

  Tomatoes tasted like they were washed with dish soap. The burger itself looked repulsive, and was falling apart in more ways than I knew possible. When placed into the bag, the burger was covered with fries, so taking it out was a struggle, and the wrapping was covered in grease. The take out bag the food was given in was covered in ketchup and other smears of unknown origin.

  5 Guys is my favourite burger, never been to this location before,I was greeted pleasantly by the team, the burger was very good as usual, but the Cajun fries were so salty to the point of being inedible . The place was messy but they were in the process of cleaning it up . I was there about 8 pm and it wasn’t busy, it took about 15 minutes to receive my order

  I ordered a poutine to go, and they didn’t call my number loud enough for anybody to hear it! I was on my break from work, and waited too long for my order that I had to leave. When I asked for a refund, they told me my order was ready and that they called my number. I didn’t hear it, but I allowed them to give me my order and I left. When I took out my poutine, the gravy had melted through the plastic container that it was in, I spent the last minute of my break, walking back to the fast food restaurant to get a refund. I will never eat there again! I do not want plastic leached into my food! The service is horrible.
