We ordered for delivery and whoever was working labeled each burger so we knew what was what rather than having to unwrap everything to figure it out. It was a small but convenient detail that stood out to me and saved us the hassle. So thank you to whoever did that! On top of that, the veggie burger was really good, which can be hard to find.

I dont know about burgers priest as i never tried their burgers. But i definitely can confrom that they are the priest of hot dogs. The only part of this experience that i did not like was the washroom. These guys focus so much on perfect food that they don’t clean the washroom.

Went to this fast food place the other day with some friends and I am never going to go back. The customer service was decent but it does not make up for the food that we were served. We ordered the chicken low priest combo which was by the way 16 dollars, and the quality of everything was really bad. I cant believe I am saying this but the canned coke I got was the best thing on the menu. First off, my burger was really cold and was packed with nothing but lettuce. I was 5 bites deep and still did not even bite the chicken yet. I don't know if it was because the chicken patty was too small or if there was too much lettuce. The burger buns were also all soggy and wet and broke apart while I was eating it. The chicken patty tasted like it was microwaved and was even a bit raw. Their "secret sauce" was nothing special than a combined mustard and mayonnaise. The fries also had a mashed potato texture and were all broken apart in the bag. Would not recommend to anyone, there's a McDonalds nearby just go there instead.

We’ve come previously and really enjoyed our meal, however this time was unfortunately a really poor experience. We had the California Classic burgers and they were dripping with grease, and a honey hot chicken burger that was so wet the bun was disintegrating. Additionally the staff were cursing behind the counter while there was a fairly young kid in the store and it just left a poor impression of the company. Hopefully this is not the usual way business is conducted, as a year ago it seemed more professional.

I ordered from here the other night. The order came wrong in many different aspects. Cold burgers and melted milkshakes. I reached out to the restaurant as soon as I recognized the quality issue. No one answered so I sent an email. The email deflected responsibility to Uber so I reached out to Uber. Then Uber Put the responsibility on the restaurant. So basically I paid $70 To have a bag of food delivered to me that I could put in the garbage effectively. Nowhere in the description of the burger that I ordered did it mention that it would come with A shocking amount of jalapeños, no sauce and no added bacon which I ordered and paid for. With prices as expenses as they are these days, I am so disappointed to have spent $70 on trash and they have absolutely not one person assume responsibility or accountability is absolutely pathetic. I own a customer service based in business and I’ve worked in restaurants in hospitality for 25 years. It’s this kind of behaviour and deflection that is killing this industry.
