- KRK.T. RomboughJan 29, 20262.0I have ordered three times, the exact same item, each time is completely different. Stir fry with shrimp, and sweet and sour. Each time my veggies are completely different, sometimes they’re cooked and others like today they are raw. Today’s had no spice or sweet and sour sauce what so ever, just a brown sauce with no flavour but burnt and smothered in oil. Pineapple does not make a sweet and sour sauce, nor does tomatoes. I get veggies changing but when the main part of the dish is bland and oily it’s not worth it. Also maybe the person who is cooking should wash his hands before touching veggies and meats after coming back from outside the kitchen. The other person put gloves on, this one didn’t just dug into the veggies and threw them in bowls.

I said hello to your staff too, and the response I got was five minutes. My advice is, if they don't like their job, they shouldn't do it. Or, they should be the kind of person who can say hello back when someone says hello to them.

- CLClayton LachanceNov 26, 20191.0Careful if you're going for the 'Vegan' menu at Thai Express. Discussed vegan request with cashier and ordered the vegan Pad See-Ew. Found egg in it so took it back (not sure what sauce they used either). They confirmed they had put egg in it and didn't seem to care. She also argued that I was wrong to not specify no egg as well as vegan. I mentioned vegan does mean no eggs and this would be dangerous for allergies but again didn't care and gave attitude. No ownership of mistake, no apology, no refund. Thai Express customer service also didn't address the (vegan or not) issue when asked, so it leaves me to assume this is the company wide policy to advertise Vegan but serve with egg and possibly fish, shellfish sauces. Too bad as it would have been a good option!
