  Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The staff came across as rude and unapproachable, and the way they spoke to customers could definitely be improved. Good customer service is important, and this location seems to be lacking in that area. Hopefully, they work on being more respectful and welcoming.

  Where’s the broth? I ordered the Khao soi gai and while the ingredients were fresh and the flavour ok there is just no liquid to make this a palatable dish. What little sauce/ broth the was is soaked up by the excessive amount of noodles So disappointing as I had this at the mall and it was lovely and soupy. That version lacked the vegetables that thinner has. But this version from mahogany od without a even the smallest amount of broth (its not even a quarter full in the bowl). It’s a just bowl of simultaneously dry and overcooked soggy noodles.

  We just ordered food for delivery - I got the chicken yellow curry and my husband got the Chicken fried rice. Both were absolutely terrible. My curry was cold, had way too much coconut milk compared to the yellow curry, and the vegetables were basically raw. I love fresh Thai vegetables with a bit of crunch, however this was like they had barely cooked them. It also had chunks of pineapple in it when it never mentions anything about pineapple on the menu. My husband’s fried rice was so full of pineapple and barely had any chicken. This is literally the first time we have EVER had pineapple included in Thai food. This was absolutely disappointing. We won’t eat here again.

  Not a very good experience. We went in there to get dinner with the family and all the rice dishes was served with uncooked rice. I brought to their attention and one of the server chuckled and said it was cooked. I went back and took another bite and other rice dishes I ordered for my kids and it was definitely not cooked. I took it back and told them it wasn’t cooked. Then he asked the other lady who was very nice went to the rice cooker and tried the rice for herself and she said there is definitely something wrong. She replaced it with noodle dishes and we brought it home to eat as we were running out of time and the restaurant was closing only to find out that the chickens in the Pad Thai were like rubber and cold. Their quality of food was great at first but it seems like it’s not the case anymore. Disappointing as I really liked this place. UPDATE: My kids got sick as well. I am still getting over it. What a terrible experience. So upsetting, and disappointed.
