Order from here all the time. Quality been going down hill. My last 2 Uber eats order have been missing straw and hot sauce. Cheese sauce only half full. Cinnamon twist also only half full ...
Something wrong with cinnamon twist leaves bad after taste ..

Taco Bell is probably the best value fast food chain. Really good tamper-proof packaging for delivery and unique seasonal items that are usually worth at least trying.
They do not have free delivery with any of the delivery services though.

Ordered from the drive through, a worker forgot to give half my food and said have a GOODnight when we got our item. We came back to get the other half they forgot to give us and instead of taking accountability they said we drove off too fast and laughed with each other. Do better and teach the guys working this shift 8:44 PM TODAY to be nicer

I ordered two Crunchwrap Supremes through Uber Eats, and there was AT MOST two teaspoons of beef per taco. Totally unacceptable. I understand that restaurants receive less money per order through an app service, but I do not believe that justifies lowering the bar to this degree. If this is how they are offsetting the costs, then please simply don't opt into giving promotions through the app to begin with. You will ultimately lose more by putting off a customer from returning.
