- KKKimberly kelly2 days ago1.0We just left. The service was terrible. I don’t think we will ever come back. We came in with a coupon, maybe we were treated like this because of the coupon. Our food came out immediately. There was no prepared time. The chicken was dry and we had no cutlery or napkins I kept trying to wave the waitress down. She was busy with two other customers. By the time the young boy finally brought us our cutlery our food was cold. Theres nothing as satisfying as cold fries and gravy. Water was refilled once when we were finished eating. There was literally zero customer care. I’m not sure why I gave her a tip. The food has been fresher and better when we’ve taken the family meal to go. This is highly disappointing on every level possible apart from the young boy who seated us. Everyone has bad days but there were multiples of things that were wrong. Usually the chicken hair is very good and juicy. It’s not the normal standard we used to. Lower all expectations down to cutlery and water.

Tonight the staff were super busy with screens full of orders, I ordered at 7:32 and was in my truck heading home at 7:42 just wanted to give them a shoutout for the great service it’s getting hard to find these days and we will definitely be back great job to all the staff.
