    Absolutely wonderful service and delicious food. I ordered the spring rolls (always great, I really recommend them), quesadilla (tasty and generous portion size with lots of chicken), and cheesecake (very yummy). I was celebrating my birthday and was made to feel so special and cared for by Roy and Alisa- Roy even gave me a little toy as a birthday gesture and some very kind words that I really appreciated. I've been here multiple times and I'll return again just with how great the service is. Fully recommend!

    Came here to eat Swiss chalet, I ordered wings and the indian dude with the backwards hat dropped some wings on the ground and picked it up thinking no one saw it, I than left the wings he didn’t use sitting out for more than 30 minutes as it was a bus night, That just disgusted me out, I don’t think I will be eating here ever again, I’ve had better service on the weekends during the day tha I’ve had during the nights , it’s my us stop during my work break but now it’s time for me to find somewhere else to eat… I’m utterly disappointed in how this place has gone down from the past, do better , maybe I’ll be back in the future but no promises , Ill go down to another place to grab my lunch and dinner ..

    Always pleasure deal with you guys, your guys food is always amazing as usual, unlike tonight one of your staff servers, asked her twice politely about closing time, says on internet 10pm, unlike her she was very rude to me and my friend, she said 9pm but rude way, she could told us politely way she didn't do it her job right, just before we pay the bills and left the place, tell her she should her job correctly and be nice to customers instead her attitude gone to far...

    Chk944 i won't be back. Hostess didn't make sure I had a knife and fork. Waitress didn't make sure I had a knife and fork. Delivered my food but didn't bring a knife and fork. About 10 minutes she came by, she said they didn't bring you a knife and fork. I told her I was returning my food back and I would put the salad on a different plat. She said she'll get a complete new plate. She came back with the salad on a separate plate. The ribs were delivered a few minutes later. They were very hot. I wasn't asked if I wanted more coffee. I was asked if I wanted dessert. There wasn't enough time left for me to order dessert as i had to be somewhere else by 8. Sounds like the Hostess is responsible for cutlery. Saw the Hostess clearing the table across from me. Took her 2 trips to the back to clear the table. However there were 3 tables in a row that needed to be cleared. What would have been efficient would be to bring out a Rubbermaid tub and put everything in the tub that means one trip back. No discount was given on the meal.

    Me and my grandma come here all the time and have never had issues always have a great experience so we’ve become somewhat regulars here. It wasn’t until tonight that my service had changed completely. I had a server tonight (Jolyn) that we had never seen before and from the moment we started ordering, I noticed there was issues with her hospitality service. Flag number one was she didn’t ask what sides we wanted or if we wanted white or dark meat, she took our order and vanished from the table without even saying anything. She was very rude and was very unattended as well, we finished our appetizers and had to wait over a half an hour for our mains to come out. At the end she tried to tell us the reason her service was sloppy was because of food inspector was in and half the kitchen was closed, but I don’t believe that is true because the other servers didn’t seem to be having issues. any of the other servers working there definitely would have been more accommodating and friendly. We even noticed other customers were having issues with her lack of hospitality to which it became more apparent that there was an issue here. The host was even more helpful than she was! getting us our things packed to go like we asked for originally and giving us our to go containers after we already asked the server. We asked the server if she was new to which she seemed offended and said she’s been working there for 12 years and worked for where they were previously beside Boston Pizza. I find that very hard to believe. overall, the service tonight was completely unprofessional and I can’t believe the attitude from her. We even asked for pies to go to which she brought them to stay, and then seemed angry at us and said “you didn’t ask for them to go” when we requested that we wanted them to take home. Needless to say, I left with anxiety and I was shaking from anger. When I go back, I’m definitely refusing to be served by her. I will not tolerate that type of service. Sorry not sorry . Thanks.
