  This is the first time that we tried Swiss Chalet, and we love it! The ribs and chicken combo is huuuggggeee, and I cannot even finish them without sharing with my wife. The chicken parm Alfredo she got is amazing, smokin’ hot chicken with the sauce and parm cheese is on point - crispy & delicious. The Alfredo pasta can be a bit more al dente imo but it is not bad at all. Long story short, food is great, server is super nice and friendly despite being running around among those Valentines lol. We were too full this time, and will definitely come back for the molten cake - just looks so yummmm.

  My family and I came in for dinner today and had a terrible experience. It took us so long to flag a server down and isn't swiss chalet known to be fast dining? Where is the fast dining? We were all hungry and wanted a quick dinner but this place lacks the capability to be fast and efficient. Then I saw many servers not washing their hands when they were doing something unsanitary. Touching their mouths, nose, and hair. Very disgusting. This place seriously needs to be inspected and to hire a whole new staff team because they are all slow and not doing their jobs professionally.

  I was at Swiss Chalet just a few minutes ago, and I had such an amazing experience that I had to leave a review! I tried their Chicken Parmesan, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and served hot and fresh. You can really taste the quality and care in the food. What truly made my visit special was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind. Honestly, it was some of the best service I have ever received in my life. They made me feel valued and comfortable from the moment I walked in. I’m very thankful for this place and the team working there. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service! 👏🔥 It’s was a wonderful valentine day at Swiss Chalet 🌹🌹💐💐
