  This location is our go-to. We have been noticing on our last few visits that the quality of the food is going down hill. Not always, but often, the server seems to be too busy to even fill our water glass. Yesterday was one of the very worse experiences in terms of food. I had the new chicken Parm and my husband had the Alfredo version. I ate my fries, but a bite of the chicken and I was disgusted. We both ate only that first bite of our chicken. It is awful. The garlic toast was impossible to bite into. Way too toasted. A manager came by and ended up removing both entrees from our bill. Just so disappointing when your plan was to get out for a nice dinner. I think it'll be awhile before we try it again. That's disappointing as we got several Swiss Chalet gift cards for Christmas.

  I went thru the drive thru. Repeated my order 3 times. Even had the guy on the phone say my order back to me. Only to get home and find tomato sauce covered pasta not pasta with Alfredo sauce with my chicken parm entree. My receipt has it right. Do they not know the difference when filling an order? And they are not answering the phone to get this handled. Update: Swiss Chalet got back to me via this review and has credited me back most of the cost of my meal. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars in consideration of the customer follow up they have made. Thanks for making things right.

  The quarter chicken meal with salad was the best ever. The taste of the seasoned chicken and dipping sauce is definitely top notch gourmet!!! The soft warm bun is the best tasting bread! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The price is always better than reasonable. Why go to any other restaurant just to get (maybe) a good meal with double the price??

  My order was taken at drive thru, when I pulled up to the window a lady opened the window, stuck out the payment system then handed me my meal. This lady didn't bother to look at me or say one single word. I drove to a nearby parking lot to eat my meal but I had no utensils, so I had to return to get some utensils. I then drove away again to the parking lot to eat my meal but when I opened the meal box I discovered I didn't have the mashed potatoes. So I returned again to get mashed potatoes. Instead of just getting me some mashed potatoes, the manager ordered an entire new meal for me so I had to wait for a new meal. I got my meal and left once again to go eat my meal only to discover they forgot the stuffing this time. When I told the lady that she was rude for not even saying hello at the window, she said it wasn't her that served me. She didn't even look at me while serving me so she didn't even recognize me .How ridiculous. I will never spend another dime at this restaurant. Rude customer service and they can't even prepare one single meal completelt after three entire efforts.
