    Update-I don’t think my concern is being understood. I was refused service after declining to purchase the wrap, spoken to rudely, and explicitly told not to return. Given that I was told never to come back, I don’t understand how I’m expected to give the store another chance. They should learn how to respect customers. $2-5 more is not the issue, it how you treat your customers. Dear Management, I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your Market Mall food court location on Thursday. I ordered the meal of the day and specifically asked for the Thursday special. When I was about to pay, I was informed that the wrap was not included. I politely told the cashier that I would instead take the regular sandwich so I could still receive the meal of the day. I was told this was not allowed, and a supervisor was called. The supervisor insisted that I pay extra for the wrap. I calmly explained that I felt I had been misinformed and politely chose to cancel my order. At that point, the supervisor raised their voice, humiliated me in front of other customers, and told me not to return to the location. I want to be very clear that I was polite and calm throughout the entire interaction. While the price difference was small and I could have paid it, the issue was the misinformation and, more importantly, the extremely unprofessional way the situation was handled. Yelling at and humiliating a customer is not an appropriate or acceptable response under any circumstances. I also could not help but feel that I was treated differently based on my appearance, as I had just come from working out and was casually dressed. Please let me know how this situation will be addressed. I would appreciate a response before I escalate this matter further. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Sam
