- AAalexia2 days ago1.0i get this is a minimum wage job but the workers don't care at all and don't pay attention. I literally had to read out the instructions of how they needed to redeem my gift card because they did not care at all! they just said oh it doesn't work (it did end up working) and don't try to offer any help or solutions. one of the sandwiches was completely cold even thought they put it in the oven. I had to repeat what I wanted like 3 times for the most simple order. no one greets you, they are all in the back when you come in talking to each other. they don't even take the chairs out of the tables for people to sit.

As soon as they saw a car pulling up, they both peeked out the window and frowned, clearly annoyed that they had to stop eating their cookies and put on an unwelcome smile.

But if something is really not good, I have to get the attention of the business owner. That is why I am writing this review. I came to this location on 2025 11 18 at 10.30 am - 10.40 am and the owner can check what happened on the CCTV cameras. I clearly ordered what I wanted. I even repeated it to the lady at the counter two times. But she made what she wanted, not what I asked for. This happened because of poor language proficiency. She could not understand what I was saying. If you hire someone to work in your business, especially if they are dealing with customers, you need to make sure their language proficiency is good enough.

- KKKatieOct 12, 20251.0I ordered a great canadian club 12" on whole wheat. First off the bread was hard on the ends however, after I ate the sandwich approximately an hr later I became violently ill. Its obvious the meat was no good. Its safe to say I won't be eating at subway ever again.
