My online order was automatically canceled for no reason, and trying to get help through their website was a complete waste of time. Nobody responded, nothing got resolved, and I’m still sitting here without my refund. To make things worse, the store itself was absolutely no help. When I called them, the staff didn’t offer any real assistance, and the store wasn’t even open when the website said it would be. If they’re going to close early, the least they can do is update their store hours online so customers don’t show up for nothing. This whole experience has been a mess from start to finish. Terrible system, unhelpful support, and completely unreliable information. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly don’t feel confident ordering from Subway again.
