    Jasleen was running the show solo and doing a phenomenal job managing walk ins and food delivery service orders all at once. Very friendly and prompt. Great service!

    I would like to leave a positive review for Jasleen for her outstanding service. She was working alone early Saturday morning around 1:00 a.m., and despite being very busy handling takeout orders, she still managed to serve us professionally and courteously. Her calm attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated her efforts. That said, from a safety perspective, I don’t feel it’s ideal for Jasleen to be working by herself during such late hours. In the event of an accident or emergency, there would be no immediate assistance unless someone was actively monitoring the security cameras. I hope management can consider additional support for staff during late-night shifts.

    I have alot of respect for people who are hard working and friendly during night shifts, so when I came in at 11pm, it was great to have Jasleen, the lady working that shift working hard and with a great attitude. Thanks for the sub!

    The server making the sandwiches was amazing—she was handling around 10-15 sandwiches at the same time during a very busy rush, and she did a great job. The only downside was that she was working alone. I’d suggest that during deals, the owner consider scheduling at least two staff members. It would really help support the employees and improve the overall experience for everyone.

    Used to buy from here all the time, so when I went to place an order on the app at another location, I accidentally placed it here. I immediately realized my mistake and tried to cancel my order on the app. When I couldn’t I called the store, who hadn’t even started making my order, and they straight up refused to cancel it. A few minutes later my app changed to say it was picked up in store, even though I didn’t pick it up. I got in contact with the owner of this location, who was very rude, kept ghosting me for days, lied about refunding me, then sent a nasty email, calling me names, saying he doesn’t care about my problems, and acting like his time is too valuable to deal with me. I reported him to corporate who got back to me within a day, telling me they told him his behaviour was unacceptable, and told him to refund me, stating I’d see the refund in my account in 2-3 business days. 2 and a half weeks for me to be told (for the second time) I’d receive a refund, and will have taken 3 weeks for me to get back money I should’ve gotten immediately. Overall severely disappointed with this locations employees, and management, and subway corporate. I paid for food, then not only did they never make it, they changed my order to “picked up in store” so I couldn’t get my food, even if I wanted to go all the way here to get it. So my money was very clearly intentionally stolen, corporate gave the owner less than a slap on the wrist, told him to give me my money back, and I get no sort of compensation for having to wait 3 weeks for something that could’ve taken a couple minutes, maybe even a couple days at most. Vegetables also usually aren’t very fresh, they’re usually wilty or partially frozen. 0/10 would NOT recommend ever buying from this location.
