- SHSean HetheringtonNov 26, 20251.0This Subway isn't so much a restaurant for walk-up customers but rather a kiosk where you can collect orders placed in advance. Today I was asked if I would mind waiting a minute or two, I assumed for the single employee working to complete the wrap she was working on. My mistake. She then proceeds to collect a receipt, that might be more accurately described as a scroll, of no fewer than 10 subs ordered for pickup hours in advance. After completing her work she proceeds to have a chat and offer free cookies to the man who was collecting the crate of sandwiches. Was I offered a free cookie? Most certainly not. I am a mere peon in the massive subway catering machine. An inconvenience at most, lucky to have the honor of waiting 10 minutes for service.

I had to ask for more lettuce after a small line was added, then they put 4 pickles on a full footlong, and looked frustrated when I asked for more. Same for cucumbers. I understand the rush of lunch but that was just extremely frustrating
