Ordered two completely different subs online and when I went to pick it up and got home, the whole order was wrong. They had reversed the bread and the toppings for each of the subs which we could not eat because we both have different taste so we had to modify each one by pulling everything out! I’ve been going to this location for years, but these people suck! I’ve also sent an email to corporate office. They also don’t seem to respond to bad reviews so hopefully I get an answer back through email or I’ll be back here

I understand mistakes can happen, but this is a serious food safety issue. When you’re paying for a meal, you expect it to be clean and safe to eat. I hope the management takes this seriously and reviews their cleaning and food preparation practices to make sure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

Buddy starts making my sandwich, then his phone rings like it’s a mission from NASA. He abandons my sub, disappears, then strolls back and continues making it WITHOUT washing his hands. Then—and I still can’t believe this—he scoops veggies off the counter like they were precious artifacts and tosses them right into my sandwich. At that point, I’m not getting a sub… I’m getting a science experiment. Hire people who know the difference between “food prep” and “five-second rule buffet.”
