- DSDJ S1 day ago5.0Me and a work collogue went to subway for lunch today and ordered 2 Italian BMT combos. Went to sit down and my collogue accidentally dropped half of his sub on the floor. The team went above and beyond and made him another half of a sub for free and cleaned up the mess right away. Absolutely amazing Customer service and really made our day. Thanks again

Store employee said I am so sorry for that. Can you reorder them, we have no one to deliver them. I refused to pay again. Then they delivered after I complained more. Awesome.manager!!!

I believe her name is Simran. And there were 2 other staff members too. Great greeting, very friendly, made the best sub and took the time to ask me how my day was. In the hustling and bustling day and age, it’s seldom to come across someone, especially in fast-food, who takes the time to humanize the experience, like the good old days. This is my new go-to subway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I called and let them know they are practically EMPTY they said this is what their standards are. Barely any veggies and barely any sauce. Order from literally any other subway location that won’t rip you off - update: they reply to 1 star reviews pretending to be concerned but don’t reply to any emails as well :)
