Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the behaviour of the staff member who assisted me. Despite clearly requesting “easy sauce,” she added a significantly larger amount, which was concerning as I am not allowed to consume excessive sauce. When I politely asked her to cut the sandwich, she responded in a manner that made it seem as though she was doing me a favor rather than fulfilling a basic request. Having previously worked in the fast-food industry myself, I understand the challenges that come with the job. However, I also believe that personal frustrations should not be directed toward customers. Respectful service is essential, as customers are the reason any business continues to operate. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it can help improve customer service moving forward.

Quite possibly the only subway in Calgary that didn’t ask me if I wanted my sub toasted (I didn’t) before toasting it, as well as making it ~30% smaller by my estimation despite charging full price. I never tip fast food, but service like this makes me wish there was a negative tip option.
