  Went to grab lunch at this Subway location and ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich on gluten-free bread. Even though they were extremely busy, the staff still took the time to ask if I had a gluten allergy, which I really appreciated. That question made a big difference because the teriyaki sauce contains gluten, and I had forgotten to mention that I’m celiac. Thanks to their attentiveness, they were able to address it right away and ensure my order was safe. Overall, it was a thoughtful and positive experience.🥰

  I had a generally positive experience at this Subway location. The staff were attentive and worked efficiently despite how busy it can get at times. When there was a small clarification needed with my order, it was handled calmly and professionally. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with customer preferences, which made the overall visit smooth and stress-free. The food was prepared well, and the service felt respectful and straightforward. Overall, this location does a good job, and I would still consider ordering here again.

  This store provides outstanding customer service and is clean and well organized, even during busy times “especially the lunch rush”. The entire team deserves a pat on the back, they clearly know what they’re doing!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location due to one staff member named Arlyin (I’m not sure of the exact spelling). I placed an online order where the toppings were selected by default. After placing the order, I realized I did not want onions, which I understand was initially my mistake. However, I clearly told her not to add onions and also explained that I have an allergy to onions. Despite this, she continued to add onions anyway. This made the experience very frustrating and uncomfortable, especially since allergies should always be taken seriously. Because of this interaction, I had a very bad experience. I hope management can address this and ensure better attention to customer requests and food safety in the future.

  Machall Subway is a hidden gem for food lovers. The flavors are spot on, portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. The menu has great variety, especially for non-veg lovers, and the quality is consistently good. Service is quick and friendly, and the place maintains good hygiene. Perfect spot for a satisfying meal without burning a hole in your pocket. Definitely coming back again!
