- PSParamjot Singh6 days ago1.0I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location on February 20 around 2:17 PM. Subway advertises scannable coupons on the Flipp app. I confirmed with customer service beforehand that these digital coupons are accepted. The coupon itself clearly states “scan in-store or use online.” When I showed the coupon to the employee (a South Asian bearded man), he told me they do accept this specific coupon — but only if I bring a physical printed copy. There was no attempt to scan it. I was informed right away that a physical coupon was required. This is confusing because the coupon clearly says it can be scanned in-store. If digital coupons are not accepted at this location, that should be clearly stated. Because of this inconsistency, I chose not to proceed with my order. I’ll be attaching a screenshot of the coupon for reference. I hope management clarifies and aligns their policy so customers aren’t misled in the future.
