Very stingy on toppings on multiple occasions. Go to a different subway location.

Please stay away from this location. The owner appears friendly, until you try to use a coupon. Ive had horrible experiences on two different occasions. Once I presented a coupon on my phone with a QR code and he told me it needed to done on the phone app.
On the second occasion, I had made an order on the app and paid; the app showed that the order was in progress. When I arrived, he told me that the order has to be cancelled because he didn't have the ingredients?! Instead of offering alternatives, he didn't want to serve me. He clearly didn't want to honor the buy-one-get-one deal. So I told him I am flexible and he finally agreed to make the sandwiches.
When I arrived home, the sandwiches were made with barely any vegetables! There was 3 pieces of spinach on a foot long! This is the last time I will come this location, even though it is the closest to me.

First of all i wonder who these people are that have given this Subway 5 stars???,,,,,,,,,,,,, You will see most the 5 stars have only one or two reviews. Gee, i wonder what that means???
I've been to this establishment many times over the years and this facility has never impressed me. I was going to order my favorite sandwich but the tomatoes looked like they were leftovers from last week. I asked for napkins and Sam told me they were wrapped with sandwich, fine. I sat down to eat, "one" napkin. A hot meatball sub requires more than one napkin so I looked around,.......Not one in sight. Why would Sam not allow his customers access to free napkins?
Also I gave 7 dollars for a $6.90 sub and didn't get change. Not that a dime would break the bank but anywhere else giving change is an obligation.
Also I was taught in retail that staff parks away from the entrance offering priority to customers. Not in this case, The owner consistently parks his vehicle directly in front of his doors.
Total disregard for the people that are the livelihood, the lifeblood of their business. Try to avoid if at all possible.
Wish I had read other reviews before I ordered from here.
Placed an online order for 3 subs. When placing my order, I selected extra veggies(lettuce, pickles, peppers). Didn't realize until I got home and opened my sandwiches up that they barely put anything in them.
Pretty sure I'll never order from this location ever again, and if you appreciate getting value for money, I suggest you should do the same!!
Do better Tuscany Subway!!
