    Poor quality, poor service, subpar sandwich. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich, toasted, but it was removed from the oven before it was warmed up, much before it was toasted, to serve the next customers in line. Preparing meat to the next customer then grabbing to continue working on my cold veggie sandwich. Spread a little vegetable sparingly and unevenly, the ends where two spinach live on both sided. Little sauce and done. The sendvich was cold and flat and hard to swallow. I had to add my own vegetable and sauce to be palatable. Even now two hours later it feels like heavy rock in my stomach. All this for $14+.

    Went today to get some food, ordered online then promptly went into the store and told the girl there (approx 2:25pm) that I was there for the order that just came in (she was not helping anyone at that time). She looked at me, said "ok" and then asked the person who just walked in behind me what she can get for him... As she is turning around to start making his sandwich, I again pointed to the receipt on the counter that she just looked at and said again, "that is for me". She then said, "oh did you want those now?". I said "yes" (while thinking, why would you ask a person standing right in front of you if they wanted you to make the order that is in front of you, do you really think I want to wait while you help others behind me)? so she keeps making the other persons order, then starts to make my order, then while my footlong is in the toaster she starts help yet another person. I get that there is a small window to start another order, fine but then she takes my footlong out and pushes both of my sandwiches down for the other person working there to finish, even though he is still helping the customer who was there before me. She then proceeds to only help the 2 people behind me (while I am still waiting and my footlong is now getting cold) and then goes to check the bread stock while the other person finally finishes and comes to make the rest of both my my subs. The other 2 people who were behind me have long left the store by then. I am only giving 2 stars because the other person there saw that I was unhappy and did his best to get my food made, so thank you to him for that. The female employee should be given better training or be let go, she clearly didn't care about customer service at all. I will not be returning to that location again and will tell to avoid it as well. *** In response to the Subway response, first of all thank you for your reply and for taking reviews seriously. The time requested for the pickup must have been auto generated by the app as I had no idea about any of that and this appears to be the beginning of the issue (customer/employee communication breakdown). I placed the order just outside the store as I was having issues with my data signal inside the store, or so I thought (I could not get the app to load the pay button until I was outside), obviously this had nothing to do with subway. Just after I finally got the order paid, I walking back inside and saw that the female employee already had the order in front of her, therefore assuming she would be filling the order when I said that was my order. The real issue for me at least was when she (like I stated above), decided to help customers who came in after me, despite me telling her that was my order and answering her question that I did wish to have the order filled then and not later on. Anyway, again, I thank you for taking this matter as a learning tool. I have also learned that the app may auto generate a time delay and being aware of that, in the future, I can be prepared to let the staff know that I do not wish to wait for that time delay to occur. ***
