  I have never been so treated so rudely in my life as coming to this location. Which is sad considering all the money I have spent in the past here. I went in today to collect my free sub for my birthday and you would think I asked the girl to jump into a pool of sharks for asking for help with how I do this. Super annoyed, super rude and in the end I couldn't even get my free cookie due to a problem with the app, which she also seemed irritated i get a free cooking. This is advertised all over Google and I would not have come knowing this was going to be the end of the world for such a small thing. Teach your staff some manners or you will continue to have people not come to this location. If your not happy in your job get a different one.

  I ordered my subway on uber eats for pickup 1. Multigrain Bread - which i didn’t get clearly 2. Sauces - none of my choice 3. Veggies - no cucumber, olives or others 4. Not toasted I don’t know what i have paid for to these guys!! I ordered 2 foot longs and this what i got… never gonna place order here again. And when i called and confronted about this, they asked me to bring back the sub (tonight or tomorrow morning) they said!! When i questioned what am i supposed eat for my dinner as i was quite busy, they didn’t bother to answer that and kept repeating the same thing about bringing the order back. So Pathetic!!

  The staff at this Subway either cannot read or refuse to follow basic order instructions. When mistakes are made, they take zero responsibility and immediately shift the blame to the app or the customer. My order was very clear. I asked for one footlong and one 6-inch sub. Instead, I received two 6-inch subs. Even more concerning, they added marinara sauce despite my order clearly stating NO marinara due to my child’s allergy. That is not a small error. That is a serious safety issue. After waiting over an hour for delivery through Skip, I was forced to ask my mother to come to my house to watch my sick child so I could drive to the store myself to correct their mistake. I paid for delivery and a driver tip, yet still had to go out in poor road conditions to fix an error that was entirely theirs. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told to contact Skip. This was not Skip’s mistake. It was the staff’s failure to follow instructions and take accountability. This experience was frustrating, careless, and completely unacceptable.

  Great experience Jaggi and Arsh were super friendly and made my sub perfectly. Fresh food and quick service. Highly recommend!
