When mistakes are made, they take zero responsibility and immediately shift the blame to the app or the customer. My order was very clear. I asked for one footlong and one 6-inch sub. Instead, I received two 6-inch subs. Even more concerning, they added marinara sauce despite my order clearly stating NO marinara due to my child’s allergy. That is not a small error. That is a serious safety issue. After waiting over an hour for delivery through Skip, I was forced to ask my mother to come to my house to watch my sick child so I could drive to the store myself to correct their mistake. I paid for delivery and a driver tip, yet still had to go out in poor road conditions to fix an error that was entirely theirs. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told to contact Skip. This was not Skip’s mistake. It was the staff’s failure to follow instructions and take accountability. This experience was frustrating, careless, and completely unacceptable.
