  Worst experience ever . I wish I could rate this place in minus . Visited the place to get veggie sub and asked for tissue , the staff acts like if they are working without getting paid . Response like animals , no customer service , zero civic sense . Wasn’t able to read the name of employee over the batch otherwise I would mention her here for sure . It was on 9feb around 9-10 pm , I gotcha sub but she refused to give me napkins and behaved like an animal!!!! Why you even working here if can’t orovide good customer service . Best to shut down rather keeping such staff. Owner should consider about staffs customer service . Thanks

  Wasn't the best Subway but wasn't the worst either. It was convenient as I was at the airport so.

  As an airport employee, the lack of offering a discount is insulting - I have my red pass on display. Veg looks old and tired as does the staff.

  I had a very disappointing experience on November 15th when my two friends and I tried to use our airline meal vouchers (CAD $15 per person, total $45). We ordered about $33 worth of food, and no one informed us that we still had a balance left. When we tried to order some drinks afterward, the staff suddenly told us “we’re done”, without explaining anything. One Asian female staff member spoke to us with a very rude attitude no explanation, no apology, nothing. It felt like we were being pushed away rather than helped. Honestly, it made us question whether the staff there had received any proper training. Only 5 meters away, the Japanese restaurant handled the exact same meal vouchers for us before, and they always tell customers how much money is left so you know what else you can order. That’s basic customer service. But here, not only did they fail to tell us the balance, they also acted annoyed when we simply asked about it. The whole interaction felt unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly, quite disrespectful. This experience left a very bad impression. I hope management seriously looks into this, because customers deserve clear communication and basic courtesy not confusion and attitude.
