    They don't honour subway deals. They had a 2for1/BOGO deal. It was advertised on the app between specific dates. I tried through the app. Restarted my phone. Did everything. But it would not let me. I am reporting this to the head office. Thankfully my purchase is on the app, so the head office can verify.

    I won’t be returning to this Subway location. While the food itself was what you’d expect, the ownership practices are extremely disappointing. It has come to my attention that the owner keeps employee tips for themselves rather than allowing staff to receive them. Tipping is meant to support the workers who are actually providing the service, not to supplement ownership profits. Knowing this makes it impossible to feel good about spending money here. There are plenty of other Subway locations where employees are treated fairly—this is not one of them. Until this is addressed, I can’t recommend supporting this business.

    The owner of this subway is apparently taking all tips. Shame on the ownership for this. After learning this, my family will not be going to this subway anymore.
