Went on my lunch break at 9pm. Ordered and decided to eat in instead of heading back to my work. Place closes at 10pm 942 pm the girl complains to me to get out because they close in 10 minutes (942pm) and she has to wipe the table Cool. Can’t enjoy my break and I’m not welcome to sit there. I won’t be back then Tuesday Feb 10th

You know how sometimes you go to a subway and you get a really well-made sandwich that actually feels almost worth the $15? This isn't one of them. I'm assuming whoever made my sub was a manager because she started getting out cheese slices before my bread was even cut, then throws them on haphazardly before ignoring my request for double toasting and giving me the saddest-looking tomatoes scraped from the bottom of the bin. Can't have any food waste now can we? Anyway. Don't go here expecting a good sub, they don't care.

They don't honour subway deals. They had a 2for1/BOGO deal. It was advertised on the app between specific dates. I tried through the app. Restarted my phone. Did everything. But it would not let me. I am reporting this to the head office. Thankfully my purchase is on the app, so the head office can verify.

I won’t be returning to this Subway location. While the food itself was what you’d expect, the ownership practices are extremely disappointing. It has come to my attention that the owner keeps employee tips for themselves rather than allowing staff to receive them. Tipping is meant to support the workers who are actually providing the service, not to supplement ownership profits. Knowing this makes it impossible to feel good about spending money here. There are plenty of other Subway locations where employees are treated fairly—this is not one of them. Until this is addressed, I can’t recommend supporting this business.
