Watching mine being made with the strangest imbalance of ingredients and wildly inappropriate saucing, from the irritated displeasure rushing gracelessly before me - was comical. An air of unhappiness permeates this space and added a bizarrely palpable tension to the transaction, despite my attempts to lift the spirit of whatever was hanging in the air. Truly, such a surprisingly sad experience, when I saw the QR code to leave a review I had to mention it. I think they need a pep talk 🙏

Haram works quickly and professionally, but in a sweet and friendly way that doesn’t make you feel rushed or pressured—especially after a long day. She made the experience feel calm and comfortable. And when I had a question about the menu, she answered supportively and courteously. Overall, she has great social skills and a bubbly personality that really stands out. Subway is lucky to have her!
