  We went there today and the staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. (We are vegan just for reference). We asked them to make our veggie bowls and the lady named Jenna I believe was so rude and used the same gloves she used to get meat on our veggies in our vegan bowl. We asked her to change the gloves and she was still on understanding about it. We tried to be nice about it but she was so disrespectful and kept arguing with us. We just stayed silent and sat down to eat our meal then the next customers came in. The same lady named Jenna started yelling at them for not speaking up (the lady didn’t have good English and Jenna was making her feel bad about it) and she put hot sauce in there food specifically after they requested her not to. The atmosphere was not peaceful and our experience was spoiled due to Jenna. I’ve told all people close to me not to go to this location and you shouldn’t go either unless you want to be disrespected and yelled at by the rude staff. Someone also really needs to train or fire Jenna.

  Worst customer service experience. The staff member was extremely rude and not polite at all. I simply asked for my sandwich to be grilled, and the response was full of attitude and hatred. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

  I ordered three subs, but the amount of meat in each sandwich was shockingly small. Each sub had only a few slices of ham, a few small pieces of chicken, and just a few pieces of beef. This is far below what I have come to expect from Subway. it I could, this shop should be 0 star rather than 1

  Made the mistake of ordering online and then driving there. Got 2 subs, asking for extra veggies. Got home and both subs had so little I had to write this review. Even the meat that is usually portioned was also a very small amount and not what we were expecting, we both had to move what veggies were there just to find any meat. If you are going to buy from this location, i would highly recommend that you order online but only when you are in the store, so you are there when they make your sandwich. Also for some odd reason we noticed that the price went up from when we went to the checkout on the app to the payment. We paid with a credit card, not apple pay or anything else. The store was clean at least but there were no customers eating there so take that for what it is worth.

  Bought a regular teriyaki footlong and charged for a teriyaki crunch sandwich. A lady who serves at night offered no grilling option. This location should really work on improving practices and processes. Reasoning by employee: the till did not give her the option for sweet onion teriyaki - while on the app it was available. It was a bs way to get another 2-3$ off a customer. Never heard or experienced this before at any other location, the classics are never taken out of the pos system.
