It was pretty busy when I got in and she did a great job managing everyone’s orders. I do feel bad for her because I’m sure it was stressful when you’re working alone. This is also not the best area so I don’t really think it’s ideal to be this low staffed. She was great though.

Second instead of toasting it she wrapped it into a square folded the paper on it then threw in into the oven…. The amount of smoke that came out of the oven was comparable to a bob marley concert. Then onto my brother sub, he decided to order a BLT to not confuse her. Instead she made him a cold cut combo with 6 pieces of spinach and called it good. Comedy 10/10 food 1/10 would recommend to a sad friend

I’ve come in many different times (weekends, weekdays, daytime, evening, nighttime) and they are NEVER appropriately staffed. They only ever have one worker and online orders never get made. I should not have to wait 15 minutes after the latest pick up time from the subway app after placing an order half an hour ago. What is the purpose of online ordering if you end up having to wait triple the amount of time it takes to walk in. I’ve seen this happen to other people when ordering at the counter. This is disgusting behaviour management and they need to do better. Your young employee should not have to deal with the repercussions of incompetent management.
