  Got moldy bread. Really the cost of keeping multiple day old bread is worth losing a customer and making people sick?

  I went into Subway today and witnessed something really upsetting. An employee named Sam was training a new coworker, he was extremely rude and demeaning towards him. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch and made the whole experience unpleasant. There’s a way to train and treat people with patience and respect. I truly felt bad for the new employee and hope management addresses how staff are being treated during training.

  I went there today to have a sub and the guy cut the meat order in half and then I went to pay and there was a tip of $2 already added. I said what is this and he said well it's a tip and I said no tip. I wasn't given a choice it was just added. That wasn't bad enough. He turned around and looked at the girl and they were talking to each other about me and started laughing and the girl wouldn't stop staring at me. I will not be coming back there again.

  I’m new to the Glamorgan Manor neighborhood, so I thought I’d check out the local Subway on Richmond Rd. Mistake. Horror show. Here’s what went down: 🥪 THE ORDER GONE WRONG I asked for roast beef, extra veggies, no onions. The person behind the counter stared at me with dead eyes for thirty seconds, then handed me a sandwich stuffed with exactly 42 pickles and no lettuce. When I asked them to fix it, they whispered, “This is what you meant,” and slid the sandwich back without blinking. 🦇 THE ATMOSPHERE The fluorescent lights flickered intermittently, casting long, skeletal shadows behind me. The floor was sticky in places—coffee rings, or something else? I couldn’t tell. A motley crew of regulars sat in silent communion, chewing quietly as if they shared a secret about the bread. 🧛 THE STAFF One worker wore a headset but never spoke into it—just stared at the wall and nodded. Another handed me a water cup and said, “It’s for your tears.” I laughed. They didn’t. 😵 THE BREAD I finally took a bite. The bread was soaked. Not wet—it felt soaked in something that tasted like stale fabric and regret. I paid and left with a racing heartbeat, convinced I’d just stolen away from a subterranean cult disguised as a sandwich shop. One star is too generous. Zero would be pushing it. If you want food and a full-body existential crisis, this is your stop. Otherwise, run—don’t walk—the opposite way.

  The older gentleman taking my order was fantastic since I was 20 seconds indecisive. What ruined it was the younger guy who laughed at me speaking Spanish and then slapped the last part together. When I paid I could tell the older gentleman was as irritated as me.. hope they take my date and time into consideration because the young guy working was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! So sad to walk in for a sandwich and have a little punk make fun of you. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I hope the company recognizes who they pay for such “staff” disgusting. Only getting 2 stars because the elder man was so great ❤️
