  I had an amazing experience at Shawarma Palace thanks to Hafiz! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, but what really made my visit stand out was the customer service. Hafiz was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in.

  Ordered off uber eats, the food took forever to come and when it finally came. I was missing my pop and the wrap was soggy and not even made properly. Pure Garbage, dont go here

  I went to this place for years and they had one of the best platters. Recently they’re cheaping out on meat and quality of food has gone down drastically. You expect a proper meal when you’re paying $20 a plate. Hope the owner realizes this and makes necessary changes

  I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Nothing tasted fresh at all. The vegetables and pickles seemed old, and even the parsley had no flavor and didn’t look fresh. The shawarma pita bread was very hard and difficult to chew, and the falafel looked like it was 2–3 days old. Last time I ordered their chicken shawarma, it was undercooked and raw. I told myself I wouldn’t come back, but unfortunately I gave it another chance today — and regret it. Definitely won’t be returning again.

  My dining experience at this location was exceptional, thanks to the incredible food and outstanding service. Abed and Raj welcomed me with warm smiles, showcasing their friendly and accommodating nature. The staff's customer service skills are impressive, making them truly deserving of praise. Special mention to Abed for his exceptional service!
