  I had an amazing experience at Shawarma Palace by Chinook! From the moment I walked in, the staff Aneel and Omar were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Aneel, and omar are the real MVP. Thank you 😊

  Good service , very good atmosphere with the evening team Aneel , Rukhsar , Omar and Jaggu , thank you for being such an awesome team , and the food is amazing Hands down the best shawarma I had . don't skip the extra garlic sauce!

  This is the best place to get food at. I’ve ordered from other locations and nothing like this one. The quality, the quantity, the flavour! And the service itself always great! I definitely love ordering and coming in to get food in this specific location.

  The ABSOLUTE best in Calgary. First of all, delicious and fresh shawarma, had the Falafel platter. Full pita with order, not this torn half a piece and folded, an entire large pita included. Friendly, clean and best value in the city. And they have a points plan.

  I don’t want to hate on this brand at all — I’ve always ordered from the Shawarma Place on 17th Ave, and I’ve honestly loved it every single time. The quality, taste, and consistency there are excellent, which is why I trusted the brand in the first place. This time, however, Uber didn’t offer the 17th Ave location and instead pushed the location near Chinook. We decided to order from there, and that was a big mistake. I ended up throwing away half of the food. The shawarma was very small, extremely dry, made with clearly old meat, and the vegetables tasted spoiled. It was honestly inedible. I’m genuinely shocked by how massive the quality gap is between this location and the 17th Ave one. If you want a proper shawarma and don’t want to ruin your evening, order from the 17th Ave location only. The Chinook location was a complete letdown.
