  As long regular customer I did not give a 1 star. I have been going to shawarma palace for atleast 10 years. I noticed when they had less locations there quality was better. For the last month or soo at this location quality has decreased dramatically. The meat portions is like half now then how it used to be. Soggy wrap that is hard to eat and feels so greesy. Veggies don't look fresh or properly prepared.

  Like 3.5, I really like Shawarma Palace but this location is so much different than the original. For example, the shawarma wraps are really greazzzy and they fall apart 2 bites in. Almost impossible to eat without a fork. Also the potatoes are different from the original location, cubed with skin on vs peeled and sliced. Weird for a franchise to do things differently. I think this location is a lot more generous with meat, just really messy to eat.

  Don’t order for delivery! They remove the promotions and end up charging double! It also takes a long time to be ready and their customer service is bad.

  First time at this location. As always, great service & great good. It's no wonder why Shawarma Palace has won the Top Choice award multiple times. 🏆💯

  I ordered 2 meals on Uber Eats. The order went to the wrong location. I called to cancel the order right away to change locations. They cancelled my order, kept the payment & I didn't get the food. Terrible customer service. This was ordered as pickup - NOT delivery
