  This was my second visit to this particular location, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. The wrap was chewy and dry, the falafel was cold on the inside, and there were barely any vegetables included. Paying $13 for something so underwhelming is frustrating. The service didn’t help either the staff seemed uninterested, with no smiles or welcoming gestures. It’s disappointing to see a place that may have started strong decline in both quality and customer experience after building its reputation. I really hope they take feedback seriously and improve.

  Very nice people, everyone is very respectful and nice, food is always amazing I been going here for 2 years to this location and I have never been disappointed by the stuff or the food

  We had our order delivered to our home and purchased two shawarma wraps and two shawarma platters. The food itself was good. However, we noticed that the shawarma wraps were packaged in foil, which is not microwave‑safe. This creates a safety concern for customers who may reheat their food without realizing the risk. It would be helpful if foil packaging were not used for items that are likely to be reheated.

  One of the worst shawarma palace locations. Every time I go the employees are busier having their own convos instead of serving customers. Orders messed up. Employees not able to speak English. It’s a shame because shawarma palace used to be the best place in Calgary for shawarma but I guess they value cheap labour more than quality food like they used to.
