Both wraps were cold and not wrapped properly. The customer service was also very poor. The staff member at the front was disrespectful(The hejabi girl ), had an attitude, and did not offer any apology or assistance. We spent $30 and expected much better service and quality. I am very disappointed with this experience and hope this can be addressed to prevent it from happening again. Thank you

What stood out most was the customer service.The cashier name Maha was very polite, helpful and had such a positive attitude. You can tell she cares about the customers. It made the visit feel really welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to spots now.
