There was one person in the back who had to work on getting all the rotisserie chickens prepared and I understand that he was not available. Is your budget for the store so tiny that you can't staff more than one person per department? It's incredible how poorly run the University District branch is. Your competitors at least don't leave you waiting for 30 minutes before you decide to walk away due to enough of your time being taken. Corporate: don't bother with that copy-paste response to reach out about this, fix what has been outlined and that's it.
