    We have been purchasing pizzas from this Papa John location since they first moved in. The pizza used to taste awesome and the orders were ready quickly. Since earlier this year, we noticed the quality and taste of the pizzas were deteriorating (along with completely new staff). The orders took a long time to be ready and the pizzas were overbaked. The last two times we thought they were just one off, but tonight, we ordered three pizzas and the Chicken Spinach Alfredo pizza was tasteless and as dry as the pizza box. We love to support business in our neighborhood, but we will not order from this location again.

    1 star off due to unclean floor, floor mat and counter. Another star off because I can't order a xlarge ultimate pepperoni online. Another star off for guy at the counter not saying what the price was in a method that could be understood. He said 3070, what he should have said its $30 and 70 cents. Another star off for parking. Parking says 10 minutes except my pizza will take 20 minutes. Another star off for seating there's a small bench which will allow 2 people 2 wait for the pizza there's room for 6 chairs but they aren't doing that.

    To Dear Management as well as owner, I visited Papa John’s late at night and was shocked to be verbally abused by both a male and female staff member just for saying please use correct toppings for my pizza this time. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, creating a hostile environment for customers. Such conduct cannot be tolerated, and I strongly urge management to take immediate action, including terminating the staff involved, to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity in the future.
